Auckland International Cultural Festivalis selected as a festive event that was celebrated on Sunday, 20 March 2016 10:00-5:00 p.m. at War Memorial Park, 13 May Rd, Mt Roskill, Auckland, New Zealand. This was organized by the Auckland Council of New Zealand Government and was free of cost to entry. This international cultural festive event highlighted the diversity of different traditions, cultures, food range, music and classical dance, and hospitality of more than 50 countries. More than ten thousands of people attended this festival event. The event creativity is a phenomenon where valuation, innovation, and creativity were carried-out to Auckland International Cultural Festival that was based on the creative ideas, innovative concept of cultural diversities, musical themes, ingenuity, ingeniousness, and creative thinking. The creativity was applied to this event by representing the fantastic mix of cultures, traditions, sounds, dances, colors, smells, sights, foods range, and customs of more than 50 countries around the world(Eventfinda, 2016). This was an international act in which the creativity was applied through packing up the stages with the dance performances, music themes and sounds, foods varieties, interactive kids and sports zones, and popular cultural football festive returns. This was 18th international cultural festival that was family-friendly and highlighted the combination of foods, performances, cultures, games, and arts by showing distinct colors, sights, flavors, and games of different nations. Thi s event showed the expressions of interest from musicians, cultural performers, dance performers, foodies, sportspersons, and communities to celebrate this cultural diversity event enriched with culture, traditions, customs, and culinary delights. Professional Sport Event:Australian Grand slam tournament, 2017 Australian Open Tennis tournament is selected as a professional sports event that was organized at Melbourne Park, Melbourne (Victoria) in Australia from 16-29 January 2017 by International Tennis Federation (ITF). This was 105th edition of the Australian Grandslam for which the total attendance of the visitors was 728,763. The defending champions for this tennis tournament were Roger Federer (mens single), Serena Williams (Womens single), John Peers and Henry Kontinen (mens doubles), Lucie Safarova and BethanieMattek-Sands (Womens doubles), and Juan Sebastian Cabal and Abigail Spears (Mixed doubles). The event design is an important part of the event planning process that played an important role in the successful organization of the Australian Open Tennis tournament, 2017 successfully. It was organized beautifully by ensuring the designing, lighting, music, networking, conferencing, entertainment, guests hospitality facility, adequate attenders sitting capacity, and increased prize money. The total prize money for this tournament was A$ 50,000,000including the prize money of A$ 37,00,000 for mens singles and womens singles each, A$ 650,000 for mensdoubles and womens doubles each and A$ 150,000 for the mixed doubles(Australian Open, 2017). This tournament was broadcasted live by Seven Networks (in Australia), Fox Sports (In South-East Asia and Australia), and EuroSports (in Europe). During this tournament, the qualifying rounds (rounds of 128, 64, 32, and 16), quarter finals, semifinals, and Finals for all categories were conducted. Business Conference Event:Aldisinvest of A$ 1 bn to fresh food range A business conference event was organized by Aldi Australia on 4 November, 2016 15:32 p.m. at Melbourne by announcing to invest into the new stores and fresh food range. Tom Daunt, CEO of Aldi Australia announced the investment of 1 billion Australian dollars over the three years to revamp its coast stores as well as enhancing the fresh food range by expanding the space for fresh by 25% in order to grow sales and market share of the firm. During the conference, Tom Daunt Said that Aldi is focusing on offering the fresh and value foods at the lowest prices compared to Woolworths and Coles(Easter, 2016). The company is targeted to offer the fresh foods through a new model based on Project Fresh by including more refrigeration capacity, more shelving, and putting the production of the fresh foods at the front of the Aldi stores. Conclusion From the above discussions, it can be concluded that Australian Grand slam tournament, 2017 as a professional sports event, Auckland International Cultural Festival as a festival event, and Aldi Australia to invest in Fresh Foods, were successfully organized by ensuring the event design and creativity for the success of the events.
