In the short story Eveline, written by jam Joyce shows that there is no easy way to get out(p) of a bad situation. The story deals with a young young lady who go in love but feels obligated to deterrent consonant by her fathers side. The excerpt at the end where Eveline decides non to go with her lover, bluff explains how many of us give up the person we chaffer for most to do what needs to be done. One place is her home, which is n ot the best of circumstances because she works at a storage that she does not like and she lives to contribute care of her father.
Her father is an noncurrent man who cannot defend care of himself to much any more, he is mean to her in the sense that she has to pay the bills and when she asks him for his money he always makes comments at her that make her feel like she should not belong.
